Payments  [Top]
  • Shop Zee Jays.com offers the easiest way to complete your online purchase.
  • It is very self-explanatory and there are some simple procedures you need to follow.
  • Your shopping cart can be reviwed by selecting the View Cart anytime.
    • Select your item with the Add To Cart button.
    • You will be transferred to our shopping cart.
    • Update the quantity if desired.
    • If the quantity changed. Use the Update Qty button in the ShopZeeJays Cart Area
    • You also have the option to remove a item at this point.
    • When Satisfied Use the Update in the PayPal Cart Area.
    • You will be transferred to PayPal secured website for transaction Completion.
    • Review your information provided.
    • Submit your final order.
    • Print the confirmation of your order. A Copy will be emailed also
    • You will be transferred back to ShopZeeJays.com
  • We will email the tracking number once your package has been shipped.
  • We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa via Paypal.
  • For Paypal payments:
    • We require orders from verified Paypal memebers with confirmed shipping address.  ( US customers ONLY )
    • We reserve the right to ask for additional identifications to authenticate payment and shipping or billing addresses.
    • Additional identifications are photo identification, utility statement and credit card monthly statement.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however we do need this information for billing and shipping address verification purposes.
  • In most cases, please allow 24-48 hours for transaction completion during the 5 day business week. (Mon-Fri)
Shipping and Delivery time  [Top]
  • Please allow total delivery time of 3-10 business days for UPS or FedEx Ground.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package, once it is supplied by the carrier.
Manufacturer's Warranty  [Top]
  • In the event that a product needs to be returned to a manufacturer for service or warranty work, the customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements.
  • Please refer to manufacturer policies regarding the procedure and cost of shipping returns; please contact them for details.
Pictures and Descriptions  [Top]
  • Shop Zee Jays.com does not guarantee descriptions to be completely accurate and denies all liability.
  • Typos can happen and we apologize if there is a misrepresentation.
  • All prices, descriptions, and pictures can change without further notice
Return Policy and Terms  [Top]
  • Shop Zee Jays.com offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the Date Of Arrival (DOA) at your location.
  • Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by Shop Zee Jays.com
  • We will not be responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the 7 days of receipt. The customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
  • All return items MUST be brand new, factory sealed, unused, and untouched.
  • All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
  • All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
  • Before you return your items, you must contact us via our   RMA form   located on our website and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) email. Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by Shop Zee Jays.com. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
  • Please include the following information when returning an item:

    • Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box. If so, the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective).
    • A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
    • A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange.

  • Note:
    • Shop Zee Jays.com will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service.
    • Also note that shipping fees and insurance are NON-Refundable.
    • In certain cases, there might be other miscellaneous fees pertaining to your order which are also NON-Refundable.

  • Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

  • Some GSM phones may not contain instruction books in English or any particular language. You may download manuals from respective manufacturer's websites or order directly from manufacturers or service providers.
  • Some GSM phones may not contain US Power plug converters.
  • Customer is responsible to confirm the compatibility of the purchased item with their service provider.
  • Cingular is using 850MHZ in some regions of United States which is not supported by some Tri-Band phones.
  • Customer is responsible to set up the phone and the phone's functions including but not limited to the web browser.
